TRAINING PART 1: Mega MAT Certification (62 hours)

MaT Classroom Outline:

• Anatomy

• Classical Exercises

• Contemporary Exercises

• Cueing Effectively and efficiently

• Reps vs. timer

• Props for the Win!

• Duration: 25 hours classroom (weekends 1pm-6PM: 3 Saturdays+ 2 Sundays) or 2 Work Weeks 1pm-4pm; Monday-Thursday)

• Take 10 Mat classes in Person or Online (we will credit you up to two months of PilatesAnytime online subscription)

• 10 Hours Self Practice

• 5 Hours Supervised Teaching. Our instructors watch you teach and provide feedback.

• 10 teaching hours (can be completed with friends and/or family)

• 2 hour test out.
