This Certification is the foundation for all other certifications and sets you up for success in future Modules!

• Workbook will be completely online, so you can access it anywhere!

• Anatomy

• Classical Exercises

• Contemporary Exercises

• Cueing Effectively and efficiently

• Class Flow Setup

• Injury and Fitness Level Modifications

• Reps vs. timer

• Basic Prop integration!

24 In Person Classroom Hours + 35 Practice Hours*

• 24 in-person classroom hours option to zoom in when you cannot make in-person trainings.

• Take 10 Mat classes in Person or Online! Prior experience can also be used to skip these hours!

• 10 Hours Self Practice

• Up to 3 One on One’s with Supervised Teaching: Our instructors watch you teach and provide feedback.

• 10 teaching hours (can be completed with friends and/or family)

• 2 hour test out: We test teaching skills, watch you demo, and given you a written test

• Certificate Furnished on Completion!

  *Please note that this is the minimum hours before test out, as no person is the same in their certification journey! Our instructors will decide this during supervised teaching.
