Semi-Private Class Referral Policy
To maintain the quality, safety, and community dynamic of our Semi-Private classes, all participants must enter through a referral process. This ensures that everyone joining is prepared for the level of challenge and will be a positive addition to the group environment.
Clients may join a semi-private class in one of two ways:
• Client Referral: Be recommended by a current participant or prior client: Use the website chat button or write us HERE and let us know who referred you. All referrals will also receive access to special intro offers.
• Studio Referral: Complete an Intro-Private, Spring & Suspend or Off-Peak reformer class, after which our instructors will assess readiness and provide a referral if appropriate.
Some of our new client offer include complimentary intro privates (see link below)! Even with a referral, we strongly recommend taking an Intro Private Session first. This allows our instructors to get to know you, understand your movement patterns, and tailor the class to your needs, since semi-privates are personalized training in a small-group setting.
Our semi-private classes use our unique chair system, which requires brief orientation. Clients who are referred and choose not to take an Intro Private beforehand must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to learn the system and receive individualized setup guidance. This ensures both safety and that we can properly scale the class to your body and goals.
Take an Intro-Private to Learn our Chair!
After the private, we level each student in our system and add notes about injuries or life events, allowing future instructors to know more about who they are teaching and personalize all classes.
*Please note that taking this class does not ensure entry into semi-private class as additional privates may be required to ensure the overall experience and safety for all semi-private students.
