Frequently Asked Questions

cancellation policies and expirations

Clients must cancel 12 hours in advance for classes and 24 hours in advance for private bookings in order to have the credit returned.

Clients who book any class and cancel 4 hours or less prior to the class start time, will also incur a late cancel fee, which will be dependent on the membership used and be stated in the membership description at purchase. Monthly membership will include some exceptions to late cancel fees.

We are not Costco and we do not give discounts for buying in bulk, but we do offer discounted packages based on frequency. We adhere to expirations, but are happy to extend an expiration if a new membership is purchased, where the expired classes will be extended to the expiration of the new package. * This does not apply to any monthly or unlimited membership.

are injuries accomodated in Classes?

pre/post natal concerns

Private bookings are completely catered to each client’s specific needs and any injuries.

Semi-Private classes have a private prerequisite, and clients will be evaluated to see if they are well suited for the class, while noting injuries. These classes are great options for clients that would like injuries monitored and corrected in a group setting.

Spring and Suspend classes allow for some general modifications, but if you need to avoid planking, squats, or flexion, it may not be the best choice for you.
