The Core

Price: $250-$400

A Mat Class if off-premise or Spring and Suspend class if on-Premise, which can start off your Core and Pour or be taught on its own. This Class is 45 to 60 minutes depending on your group’s needs. Suitable for all levels. Class is fun, engaging, and lighthearted. Laughing is good for the core.  Additional fees may be added for travel costs and areas outside of NYC.

Pricing varies due to location and time of your event. On-Premise events will start at $250 if the event is executed outside of regularly scheduled classes. Any event during regularly scheduled class will incur an additional $100 fee. Off-premise events pricing is calculated by travel time.

*Clients bring their own mats for off-premise events, but mats can be furnished at an additional cost.

The Pour

Price: Varies

After class we move into healthy cocktail hour. There are a couple different options for the Pour.  With all options, an explanation is given about ingredients and preparation for every cocktail.  Recipes can be printed and given to guests. Prices are inclusive of setup, including prep, display, and also breakdown of bar area.  Prices do not include alcohol or produce used to prepare cocktails. I am flexible on the spirits and ingredients used for preparation. All drinks are prepared with natural ingredients with a focus on a low glycemic index. 

Option 1: Drinks are batched before class and guests enjoy at their leisure. I would be there to help the guests dispense the cocktails. 
$200 for first hour
$75 per additional hour

Option 2:  Drinks are made to order. 
$250 for first hour
$100 per additional hour
***This option is more difficult once the group exceeds 25 and may require a second mixologist at an additional fee. 

Option 3: Mixology class followed by pre-batches drinks .
$275 for first hour
$75 per additional hour

Option 4: Mixology class followed by drinks made to order. 
$325 for first hour
$100 per additional hour

*Pricing is inclusive up to 15 participants. We can negotiate pricing of additional guests. 
**There is always an option to only do the Core or only do the Pour.
