Semi-Private Classes
CLASS SIZE + TIME: 4 students max (50 MINUTES)
Equipment: Reformer, MVE chair, Suspension Trainer, Pull-up Bar, custom made springboard, and multiple props
Reformer with Chair & Weights*: Take your training to the next level with our full range of equipment. This unique class fuses contemporary Pilates and weight training for strength, endurance, and perfect form. What’s more, our exclusive chair system is a game-changer you won’t find anywhere else —nothing burns your buns like it!
Tower with Chair & Weights*: Give the reformer a rest and focus on slow, controlled movements. With a max of three per class, you get extra attention without the extra cost.
*Private Prerequisite Required (Here’s Why): Your Intro Private helps us push your limits and tailor the class to you. With customized spring loads and modifications, every level is challenged while maintaining perfect form. Plus, we call out students by name for a truly personal experience!
CLASS SIZE + TIME: 5 students max (50 MINUTES)
Equipment: Reformer, JumpBoard, and Props
Reformer Rev-Up: A 45 minute fast paced reformer class that keeps your heart rate up! Lots of props and quick transitions.
Reformer Rehab: Taught using a slower flow with static holds that focus on alignment and deep stretching.
Spring and Suspend
CLASS SIZE + TIME: 15 Students Max (45 - 50 minutes)
Equipment: Custom Made SpringBoard, Suspension Trainer, and Props
Pilates Strength: A dynamic mix of springboard, suspension trainer, mat, and props designed to build strength and boost stamina.
Advanced Aligned Strength: Pilates Strength—turned up to the max. Expect hands-on adjustments, personalized callouts, and an intense challenge. We recommend taking at least three Pilates Strength classes before jumping in.
Barre Amped Up: A next-level barre experience using a spring-loaded bar, handle system, suspension trainer, and props. Same barre moves you love—amped up for the ultimate challenge.

BOOK your next birthday or team event! Sessions run 45-60 minutes.
The Core*: A fun and engaging mat class that can stand alone or kick off a Core & Pour experience. Held off-premises, this class is tailored to your group and open to all levels—because laughing is great for the core! Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside NYC.
The Pour: After class, unwind with a healthy cocktail hour. Choose from a variety of drink options, each crafted with natural, low-glycemic ingredients. Every cocktail comes with a breakdown of ingredients and prep, plus printed recipes for guests. Setup, display, and bar breakdown are included—alcohol and fresh produce are not. Spirits and ingredients are flexible to fit your preferences.
