Do you have the right availability to commit?

"The classroom phase spans approximately two months, with a manageable commitment of about 10 hours per week. Some weeks a little more and some a little less.

• Apprentices should have some scheduling flexibility.

• Apprentices will need to attend 75% of all in-person trainings.

  • Apprentices can attend 25% via zoom or zoom recording if absolutely necessary, but

  • Apprentices must attend in-person the first day of any new apparatus training, which are generally held on Saturdays.

• Be available afternoons or evenings to complete weekday classroom hours. Availability during both is optimal.

• Upon completing each discipline's classroom hours, instructors will be immediately scheduled to teach

  • 2 to 3 free classes to friends and family then,

  • Paid apprentice classes in the early morning and/or evening, and weekends.

  • On-going classes scheduled after mandatory teaching hours will be paid at a higher Junior Instructor rate.

• We value your time. To ensure you hit your class targets for each discipline, we coordinate your teaching shifts so you can train and work back-to-back
