Taught by Founder Kristen Andersen, an alignment based 50 minute work out that will leave you shaking and sore! Taught of custom made Springboards, as well as Suspension Trainers, and multiple props, get ready for a non stop burn. Please note that Kristen has a hands on style of teaching. She will call you out by name and use hands on adjustments. She wants you to do the exercises right to get the most out of your workout. It’s an aggressive class for a client who really cares about working out with correct form, not suggested for beginners or for the client who likes to get lost in a crowd. Also, the environment is light with adult jokes that will keep you laughing through your workout!
