YOU NEED TO KNOW: Since Classpass has IPO’d they have continuously compensated businesses less and less. ClassPass user credit per class has gone up, but we have not seen a rate increase. Businesses are are not being paid for classes taken during free trials, and no longer see spikes in our payouts when your credits go up even more. Businesses so not receive any portion of late cancel fees from classpass.
