Semi-Private Classes
4 students max
Equipment: Reformer, MVE chair, Suspension Trainer, Pull-up Bar, custom made springboard, and multiple props
50 minutes / intro Private required to attenD these classes or a star iNvite.
THIS IS ABOUT YOU! Personalized training in a small group setting
Reformer+Chair+Weights: We will take it to the next level using all our equipment. This class is a unique fusion between contemporary Pilates and weight training, to build strength and endurance, with form always being first. This class also utilized our unique chair system, which isn’t found anywhere else! Nothing burns your buns like the chair!
Tower+Chair+Weights: Giving the reformer a day off and concentrating on slow and controlled movements. This class maxes at 3, so extra attention without the extra cost.
Private Prerequisite required (read why)
We will use your Intro Private to challenge you and test your limits, so we can personalize the class. Different spring loads for different levels in the same class! Modifications based on your needs, keeping in each person,s abilities to always maintain form. Students are called out by name to ensure the best personal experience.
Spring and Suspend
Small Class (15 Students Max)
Equipment: Custom Made SpringBoard, Suspension Trainer, and Props
45 to 50 Minutes/No Private Pre-req required
Pilates Strength: a mix of springboard, suspension trainer, mat, and props to create strength and increase stamina.
Advanced Aligned Strength: A Pilates strength class taught on steroids. Get ready to push yourself to your limits. You will get lots of hands on adjustments and be prepared to be called out by name. We suggest at least 3 Pilates strength classes prior to this class
Barre Amped Up: Uses a springed bar and handle system instead of a traditional ballet barre and a Suspension Trainer, and props to create an extreme barre challenge. Same barre moves you love, but revved up creatively.
Reformer
Small Group (5 students Max)
Equipment: Reformer, JumpBoard, and Props
Rev-up: A 45 minute fast paced reformer class that keeps your heart rate up! Lots of props and quick transitions.
Rehab: Taught using a slower flow with static holds that focus on alignment and deep stretching.
Private (just you!)

Private Core Camp
Private classes are completely tailored toward the client’s goals and needs. Whether it be a prenatal, an upcoming special event, or weight loss, we got you! Pre or post natal? Contact our founder, Kristen, directly as she specializes in pre & postnatal stomach wrapping. For first-time students, a private class is a pre-req to move into semi-private classes. Read more here.

THE CORE
A Mat Class, which can start off Core an Pour or be taught on its own. This off-premise Class is 45 to 60 minutes depending on the client or group. Suitable for all levels. Class is fun, engaging, and lighthearted. Laughing is good for the core. Additional fees may be added for travel costs and areas outside of NYC.
*Clients bring their own mats, but mat can be furnished at an additional cost.
The Pour
After class we move into healthy cocktail hour. There are a couple different options for the pour. With all options, an explanation is given about ingredients and preparation for every cocktail. Recipes can be printed and given to guests. Prices are inclusive of setup, including prep, display, and also breakdown of bar area. Prices do not include alcohol or produce used to prepare cocktails. I am flexible on the spirits and ingredients used for preparation. All drinks are prepared with natural ingredients with a focus on a low glycemic index.
