Why do I need to take a private before taking a semi-private class?

For the benefit of everyone, especially you!

The Private is to prepare students and instructors for your semi-private classes, which are 4 students max. Your instructor will take you through a baseline class designed to assess your abilities, as well as teach you how to use the equipment, especially our unique chair system safely and without hesitation. We like to give all our students attention, so we want all students ready for the challenge.

After the private, we level each student in our system and add notes about injuries or life events, allowing future instructors to know more about who they are teaching and personalize all classes.

*Please note that taking this class does not ensure entry into semi-private class as additional privates may be required to ensure the overall experience and safety for all semi-private students.
