WHY CREATIVE CORE PILATES?

HARD AF, FUN PILATES

Creative Core founder, Kristen Andersen, has taken many Pilates classes herself, but often did not feel challenged in Pilates group settings. That’s why she created the Creative Core method as a more intense approach to Pilates-based fitness. Like traditional Pilates, movement is taught from the core, our body’s powerhouse, but taught HIIT styles with timed intervals in a non-stop flow. This allows users to have both the benefits of resistance training and cardio, all in one class.

WHAT MAKES CREATIVE CORE UNIQUE:

  • Small class sizes: For classes taught on the reformer, there are no more than four students in a class. Every student is different, and we individualize our approach to each students’ needs and goals.  Students will get the attention needed to get the most out of every session, resulting in faster results.

  • Community: Because of our small class sizes, members get to know each other during class. We’re on our fitness journey together!

  • Creative moves: Our instructors get to bring out their own personality in each class and offer up creative moves and routines, so the workout never gets boring!
