All locations utilize a Pilates based, HIIT style method called Core Camp. Core Camp uses Pilates principals and equipment, fused with other fitness disciplines for a personalized, alignment based, results-driven experience.

Semi-Private Core Camp is our signature class, using a variety of equipment in CREATIVE ways; including suspension systems, springboards, MVE chairs, allegro 2 reformers, as well as a ton of fun props. Classes are capped at four students to make sure every experience is personalized.
